XinGang thermopile sensor / infrared temperature sensor
The micro electro mechanical temperature sensor adopts to-46 packaging technology and consists of 116 thermistor couples in series. The absorption layer area is 545 μ m in diameter. It has the characteristics of low interference and fast response, which is very suitable for non-contact temperature test.
